:LP1, Part 1: Beginnings (Ran/Hu/M/Neu)
Part one of our epic journey, wherein James the Tenderfoot (ranger) embarks upon his quest for the amulet of Yendor. Beware: Large images that I'm too lazy to thumbnail herein.
Incidentally, if you want to give NetHack a shot, you can do a couple things:
1) Go to the website, http://www.nethack.org, and download it yourself.
2) Open a terminal (or CMD prompt in Windows) and telnet to nethack.alt.org (or NAO as the cool kids call it).
If you don't know how, here's the one-step guide: type telnet nethack.alt.org. Boom, done. If you create an account, don't use a 'real' password that you want kept secret, since this isn't ssh but rather good ol' telnet.
Also, here's the wiki: http://www.nethackwiki.com. You absolutely are going to want to read it.
